The Racha - Ko Racha Yai

The Racha, located along Batok Beach, offers luxurious villas with breathtaking sea views. A 35-minute speedboat ride from Chalong Bay, this peaceful resort has an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi.

Spacious villas feature clean white architectural lines which complement the crystal blue backof the Andaman Sea. With large private terraces, the elegant villas are equipped with a flat-screen TV, iPod dock and DVD player.

Located on Racha Yai Island, The Racha provides charged scheduled speedboat trips to Chalong Bay. From there, it is about 56 km to Phuket International Airport.

Anumba Spa provides private treatment roomsguests can enjoy pampering body massage and flower baths. For a refreshing workout, there is a modern gym, yoga lessons and tennis courts available.

Fresh barbecued seafood and steaks, accompanied by sea breeze, can be enjoyed at Sunset Beach Restaurant. Other dining options incldue international food at Earth Cafe, fine dining at Fire Grill and cocktails at Ice Bar.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 11:30.

The boat transfer schedule will take effect from September 11, 2023, till further notice.

Transfers: The estimated traveling time is 1 hour from Phuket International Airport to Chalong Pier and 30 - 40 minutes to The Racha by speedboat. The travelling time may vary and is subject to traffic and weather conditions.

The above schedule may change subject to weather and sea conditions, but the boat will not leave earlier than advertised as above in any case.
Kindly book the boat seat in advance at least 24 hours before arrival to ensure availability. Please contact Reservation staff via reservation@theracha.com.
Important Notice: We recommend guests to arrive at The Racha’s Chalong Lounge at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled boat departure time. The Chalong Lounge offers guests a retreat-like place to freshen up and check-in prior to boat transfer to the resort. Guests will enjoy complimentary amenities – including welcome drinks, beverages, light snacks, complimentary Wi-Fi, charging stations, reading materials and shower facilities.

For safety reasons, we do not operate the boat at night. The Racha will be happy to assist guests in making alternative arrangements for overnight stay in Phuket in the event of late arriving flights or delays but will not be financially responsible. The safety of our guests is paramount and in the event of unsafe adverse sea conditions, The Racha may temporarily cease boat transfers until weather conditions improve. Every effort will be made to assist our guests with alternative arrangements until the situation is considered safe for boat transfers to operate.

Guests are advised to book their departure flights accordingly allowing sufficient time for pre-flight check-in and formalities.
The Racha Chalong Lounge, is just before the pier parking lot, there is a big standing signage “The Racha” outside. The Lounge staff can be reached for assistance before departing from pier.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
