Thavorn Palm Beach Resort Phuket is a 10-minute drive from Patong Beach’s popular entertainment hub. It takes 30 minutes by car to Phuket Town and around 40 minutes from Phuket International Airport.

The charming rooms are spacious and feature Thai-style décor and furnishings. Nestled among tropical gardens, rooms offer plenty of natural light and great views. Each room comes en-suite bathroom.

Guests can enjoy views of the sea, steak and Italian dishes at Ciao Pizza and Grill Restaurant. Located next to a lotus pond, Ocean Rhyme is the perfect spot for a tranquil breakfast.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 12:00.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented by the guest, along with positive identification, upon check-in at the hotel.

For third-party payments, arrangements must be made directly with the property in advance by bank transfer or by contacting the hotel reservation directly. If a payment is made by a third party via credit card and a refund is required to process a new payment that matches the guest’s name, please be aware thatrefunds will incur a 3% processing fee, deducted from the total amount by the payment system.

Ocean Rhyme, our main all-day dining restaurant, is open for Breakfast, lunch and dinner from 06:30 to 22:30.

Ciao Pizza & Grill Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from 11:00 to 22:00 (last order at 22:00).

Ciao Wine Bar & Store is open from 11:00 to 22:30. Coffee Talk Café Karon Phuket is open from 11:00 to 22:00.

Sweet Talk – Ice Cream and Dessert Shop is open from 10:00 to 21:00.

In-room Dining (Room Service) is available from 11:00 to 22:00.

Splash Pool Bar is open from 10:00 to 19:00.

Sundip Beach Pool Bar is open from 10:00 to 19:00.

Groovy Swim-up Pool Bar is open for light snacks and drinks from 10:00 to 19:00.

Splash Pool is open from 10:00 to 19:00.

Groovy Pool and Palm Shade Pool are open from 07:00 to 19:00.

Sundip Beach Pool is open from 10:00 to 19:00.

Animals, petting, and feeding are available from 11:00 to 00:00 and 16:00 to 17:00.

The kids’ room is open from 10:00 to 19:00, featuring a selection of children’s toys.

Please note that this room currently does not have a babysitter or supervising staff. Parents are responsible for the well-being of their children attimes.

For Hotel Guests only, with a minimum stay of 5 nights.or none of the guests within the party or reservation are entitled to all-inclusive drinks for the entire period of the reservation.

No alcoholic drinks for people under the age of 18 (measured at time of stay and not time of making booking). Drinks are to be consumed within the premises of the outlet. No takeaways allowed.

All-Inclusive Drinks are to be served during the following times at the following outlets only:

- 11:00 to 21:00 at Ocean Rhymes Restaurant

- 11:00 to 19:00 at Splash Pool BarGroovy Swim-up Bar.

The next drink is to be served only after the previous drink has been fully consumed. Guests are only allowed to order one drink at a time.

Drinks are to be ordered for oneself only. No ordering drinks for other people.

In the event that the hotel suspects that the guest is abusing the program and not acting in good faith, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the all-inclusive package immediately without refunds. In this case, the hotel levies a THB 10,000 fine per guest at the hotel’s discretion.

Hotel reserves the right to deny service of alcoholic drinks to guests who appear to be intoxicated to a point that could be a danger to themselves and others at the hotel’s own discretion.

All-inclusive drinks are available from 15:00 on the check-in date and continue until 00:00 on the check-out date.

Guests are to order from an all-inclusive drinks menu only. The hotel reserves the right to amend the All-inclusive drinks menu without prior notice.

All-Inclusive is a package that includes three meals a day, along with drinks, as specified in the rate. The meals included in the all-inclusive package can be selected from the half board, full board, and All-Inclusive drink menu.
